Project and Program Assessment
A review of the project scope, community profile, and available grant and incentive programs. We identify which programs fit, rank them by probability and effort, and advise on sequencing.
Application Development
Narrative drafting, budget preparation, supporting documentation, and submission coordination. Applications are written to the scoring criteria of the program, not from a generic template.
Coordination and Follow-Through
